In der App

1. Baurapport öffnen und anmelden.
2. Einstellungen öffnen.
3. Ganz unten auf Konto löschen tippen.
4. Den Hinweis lesen und mit Endgültig löschen bestätigen.

Die Löschung passiert sofort. Sie werden abgemeldet, und eine Anmeldung mit diesem Konto ist danach nicht mehr möglich.

Was gelöscht wird

Das hängt davon ab, welche Rolle Ihr Konto hat.

Mitarbeiter:innen

Gelöscht werden Ihr Zugang und Ihre persönlichen Kontodaten: Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Passwort. Die Arbeitszeiten, die Sie erfasst haben, bleiben beim Betrieb — sie gehören zum Bautagebuch Ihres Arbeitgebers, der sie aufbewahren muss. Ihr Name steht dort nicht mehr als Konto, sondern nur noch als Eintrag im Protokoll.

Vorarbeiter und Betriebsinhaber

Mit Ihrem Konto wird der gesamte Betrieb gelöscht:

• alle Baustellen und Protokolleinträge,
• alle Fotos,
• alle Angebote, Rechnungen, Belege und Aufmaße,
• alle Kunden- und Mitarbeiterdaten,
• die Firmendaten samt Logo,
• und die Zugänge sämtlicher Mitarbeiter:innen dieses Betriebs.

Das lässt sich nicht rückgängig machen, und es gibt keine Wiederherstellung. Drucken oder speichern Sie vorher, was Sie behalten wollen — jeder Monat lässt sich als PDF sichern.

Wenn Sie sich nicht mehr anmelden können

Schreiben Sie an info@baurapport.at von der E-Mail-Adresse, mit der das Konto angelegt wurde. Wir löschen es dann für Sie — in der Regel innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Zur Sicherheit können wir Rückfragen stellen, bevor wir etwas löschen; sonst könnte jemand anderes Ihr Konto löschen lassen.

Was wir danach noch aufbewahren

Nach der Löschung bleiben nur Daten übrig, zu deren Aufbewahrung wir gesetzlich verpflichtet sind — im Wesentlichen Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelege, die sieben Jahre aufbewahrt werden müssen. Sie werden nicht mehr für den Betrieb der App verwendet. Alles andere ist weg.

Ein Abonnement, das Sie über den App Store oder Google Play abgeschlossen haben, wird durch die Löschung nicht gekündigt. Das machen Sie in den Einstellungen des jeweiligen Stores.

In the app

1. Open Baurapport and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the notice and confirm with Delete for good.

Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out and can no longer sign in with that account.

What is deleted

That depends on your account's role.

Workers

Your login and personal account data — name, email address and password — are deleted. The working hours you logged stay with the business: they are part of your employer's site record, which they are required to keep. Your name remains there only as an entry in the log, no longer as an account.

Foremen and business owners

Your account takes the entire business with it:

• all sites and log entries,
• all photos,
• all quotes, invoices, receipts and measurements,
• all customer and employee data,
• the company details, including the logo,
• and the logins of every worker in that business.

This cannot be undone, and there is no recovery. Print or save anything you want to keep first — every month can be saved as a PDF.

If you can no longer sign in

Email info@baurapport.at from the address the account was created with, and we will delete it for you — normally within 30 days. For your safety we may ask a few questions before deleting anything; otherwise someone else could have your account deleted.

What we keep afterwards

After deletion, only data we are legally required to keep remains — essentially invoices and payment records, which must be kept for seven years. They are no longer used to run the app. Everything else is gone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your store's settings.
